DO YOU DO CUSTOM SIZES?

Absolutely! All Lilith and Lace items are handmade to order. Even though it is not listed, items can be made for all sizes up to 3XL. Leave your measurements if you want a custom fit.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

Production time is usually between 3-8 weeks depending on how many orders are in the queue (this does not include the shipping time). Orders with multiple items may require a longer production time.

DO YOU MAKE ALL THE PRODUCTS LISTED? 

Yes! All Lilith and Lace products are made individually, as they are ordered. They’re made in the USA by me, Sarah Fae. So you can rest assured your purchase is local, ethical and not outsourced.

Handmade products can sometimes have some imperfections. Please consider this before purchasing any items. 

If you have a problem with your order, please contact me so we can work to resolve your problem. 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All sales are final. No refunds will be accepted as everything is custom made to order for you (unless custom order does not fit). Exchanges are possible for accessories. Please send me an email. Items must be unworn and in original condition You will be responsible for paying for any shipping costs for returning your item. 

It is the customers responsibility that the correct shipping address is on the order invoice, please review your order to make sure the address is correct and if there are any mistakes please email me immediately to avoid any complications or delays with your order.  I am not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect shipping address provided on the invoice. 

 

 DO YOU DO REPAIRS?

Absolutely! Sometimes we love on our products a little to hard, just send us and email and ship the item back and we will repair it at no cost.
